Also, the local rule "Regler för ljudupptagning, fotografering och filmning mm i samband med undervisningssituationer" (in Swedish only) states the following:
Students with disabilities who need special assistance for this reason, have the right to make sound recordings of lectures. Sound recordings may only be done by the student in question through personal attendance at the lecture. Such needs must be announced in good time before the lecture. The student has the responsibility to, upon request, show the support decision issued by the coordinator for students with disabilities at the Student Services Office. The right to make sound recordings during lectures does not entitle a student to disseminate, make available or otherwise use the recording for any purpose other than personal use.

Those who have dyslexia or a visual impairment have the opportunity to take a customised Högskoleprovet.
